THE CRISIS MINISTRY OF PRINCETON AND TRENTON

Practical, innovative, caring programs that address:
Hunger PreventionHomelessness Prevention
Workforce Training

We are grateful for the incredible support following the fire in our Trenton pantry in December. Thank you for helping us to stay on our feet so we could help our clients get back on theirs. Here are three recent examples:

Campbell Soup Company recently donated 530 cases of soup, salsa, and stew to the Crisis Ministry. At right, Margaret Cowell and Mark Smith pose with Reggie Williams (far right) of Mercer Street Friends Food Bank, which stepped in to accept and store the 4.5-ton donation on our behalf. At left are members of the Princeton Area Alumni Assocation who helped sort donated food and created a new waiting area in our pantry at 400 Hamilton Ave. in Trenton. At right, leaders of the Kiwanis of Ewing with food collected by Kiwanis members, the Ewing High Key Club, and the TCNJ Circle K Club.

Valentines for Food is just around the corner -- and congregations, schools, businesses, and groups are lining up to participate. Want to volunteer? Or send a Virtual Valentine to someone special? Or organize a food drive? Visit the Valentines for Food page or send an email with your questions or comments. We appreciate your support of neighbors in need.
